AFOSOP is a specialized SSB Interview Guidance Program designed by Lt. Col. Ganesh Babu & team of senior retired defense officers (Ex Assessors of SSB Boards) to prepare individuals for a career in the armed forces. It involves comprehensive training in various aspects of the selection process. The guidance provided by AFOSOP is aimed at developing the personality & Leadership skills, necessary knowledge, and confidence required to succeed in the selection process and secure a career in the Indian Armed forces.

About The Founder

Lt Col Ganesh Babu (Retd)

Joined the Army (Corps of Signals) in Jul 1985, as a Soldier and went on to become an Officer in the next 5 yrs, and took voluntary retirement on Feb 2014, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel thus serving nearly 30 years.

Col Rabi Mukerjee is DIPR Qualified Assessor and has the unique distinction of having served as the Senior GTO in two SSBs at Bhopal and Allahabad and he has assessed over 10,000 candidates. Commissioned in the year Dec 1988 Alumnus of
Indian Military Academy, Dehradun.

Wg Cdr Sandeep Raj (Retd)
Ex 10

Wg Car Sandeep Raj was commissioned in the Indian Air Force as an Aeronautical Engineer and served on various appointments in the field of Communications, Electronic Intelligence, training and selection. He also held the appointment of Joint Director at Air HQ and was an assessor in the Air Force Selection Board interviewing candidates to join as Officers in the Defence Forces. He has done his BE in (Electronics & Telecomm and has also completed MBA, MS in Computer Networks and MSc in Psychology. After voluntary retirement in 2017, he has been a motivational speaker, involved in various social activities and has been guiding defence aspirants on the SSB interview process to help them pursue their dreams.
